Hyderabad: GHMC town planning officials on Monday initiated a crackdown on unauthorised constructions at Ambience Fort in Attapur, located in the Rajendranagar GHMC circle.
Officials found that additional floors and structures had been built without setback permissions, making them illegal and unauthorised.
The demolition began around 8 am under heavy police deployment. Rajendranagar Deputy Commissioner GHMC Surender Reddy, who is supervising the operation, warned that strict action would be taken against illegal constructions and that structures built without permits within the circle’s jurisdiction would be demolished.
