Hyderabad: On the occasion of National Unity Day/Rashtriya Ekta Divas celebrated to mark the birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, the GHMC and HMWS&SB officials paid tributes to him.
GHMC Commissioner DS Lokesh Kumar along with heads of departments took the Rashtriya Ektha Diwas pledge at the GHMC head office. The National Unity Day was also observed in GHMC Khairatabad Zonal office and the civic body officials along with Zonal Commissioner of Khairatabad, Ravi Kiran took the pledge. Meanwhile, in HMWS&SB head office, the department officials also observed National Unity Day and took the pledge.
