Hyderabad: The GHMC has launched MyCURE App, an upgraded and integrated digital platform, to streamline civic services and speed up the grievance redressal system. The App is available for download on Android via the Google Play Store and on Apple iOS via the App Store.
Residents of the GHMC area can use the app to lodge complaints related to sanitation, streetlights, roads, drainage, town planning and other civic issues, and monitor the status of grievances in real time.
In a press release, GHMC Commissioner RV Karnan said MyCURE App replaces the earlier MyGHMC application and brings civic grievance services under a single interface. “The App has been designed to improve usability, enable real-time tracking and strengthen monitoring mechanisms, with the aim of ensuring faster resolution of complaints while promoting transparency and accountability in municipal administration,” he said.
