Hyderabad: The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) Standing Committee on Wednesday approved 29 proposals including those that pertain to road widening, road restoration, lake beautification and other civic works.
The proposal to hand over the conservation and development of Ranglal Kunta in Nanakramguda and Kotha Kunta in Hafeezpet to companies under Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)was approved. The proposal to allow a company that came forward to adopt and develop Kotha Cheruvu in Shaikpet was also approved. The meeting held here was chaired by Mayor Vijaya Laxmi in the presence of GHMC Commissioner DS Lokesh Kumar and others.
