GHMC to accept objections, suggestions on delimitation during holidays

GHMC will continue accepting objections and suggestions on ward delimitation even during the weekend, with help desks operating at the head office, Circle offices and 27 ULBs. A total of 280 representations were received on the second day

Hyderabad: The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) will continue to receive objections and suggestions related to ward delimitation even on the upcoming holidays.

“Complaints will be accepted on December 13 (second Saturday) and 14 (Sunday), ensuring uninterrupted public access and a wider opportunity for citizens to submit their representations,” GHMC Commissioner R V Karnan announced in an official statement on Friday.

The GHMC has made arrangements and set up help desks at the GHMC head office, all its Circle offices, and 27 ULBs to accept objections and suggestions from interested citizens.

On December 11 (day-2), a total of 280 objections and suggestions were received on delimitation of wards.
