Hyderabad: To enable the general public to report complaints on civic issues directly to officials, the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) has launched MyCURE app, an upgraded digital platform replacing MyGHMC.
Residents in areas falling under GHMC can use the app to lodge complaints related to sanitation, streetlights, roads, drainage, town planning and other civic issues, and monitor the status of grievances in real time. The GHMC has also launched a new WhatsApp service (8125966586) to enable the public to raise such issues.
Meanwhile, the Malkajgiri Municipal Corporation has also launched a WhatsApp facility (9063421300) to allow citizens to register complaints related to garbage, green waste and overflowing bins.
The Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board (HMWSSB) will continue to address grievances received from its customers through its metro customer care (155313).
