Gina to star in revenge thriller after being cancelled in ‘The Mandalorian’
The movie is slotted for a 2022 release and will begin filming in October in Tennessee, Utah and Montana.
Actor and former MMA star Gina Carano will next star in a thriller where she will play a woman out for revenge. After surviving a murder attempt by a serial-killer trucker, Gina’s character sets out to kill the serial killer herself when authorities fail to catch him in the untitled film. The movie is being produced by The Daily Wire, Gina and Bonfire Legend.
The actor also posted a short clip on Instagram and showed fans what appears to be the script of the movie. Gina wrote, “I am currently living my dream. Thank you all for the support you’ve shown me all these years. I’m just going to go ahead and keep on going as I have no plans on slowing down.”

‘The Mandalorian’ fame star was cancelled following her controversial statement about how being a Republican today meant being a Jew during the Holocaust on Instagram. Gina ultimately took down the post, but the damage had been done.
Gina’s comments led to her ouster from ‘The Mandalorian’ after social media backlash following her Jew comment. As scores of fans called for her to be fired, LucasFilm put out a statement saying Gina Carano will not be part of future ‘Star Wars’ projects as her social media posts were ‘abhorrent and unacceptable.’
