Sangareddy: GITAM Hyderabad Business School (GHBS), a constituent College of GITAM (Deemed to be University) Hyderabad signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Jawaharlal Nehru Institute of Banking and Finance (JNIBF) on September 20.

Under this MoU, GHBS and JNIBF will develop managerial skills amongst professionals from banking, finance, and different corporate world apart from enhancing the knowledge and skill levels of students of GHBS offering summer internships.


GHBS and JNIBF will jointly organise workshops, training programs, seminars, and conferences on various emerging topics in the areas of banking, finance, and management, jointly conduct research activities in Banking and Finance.

Ajay Sharma, Executive Director (HR and Training) IDBI Bank, Sandeep Kumar Sharma, CGM and Director, JNIBF, Suresh Rathod, GM Dr Venkatesh Tamlurkar, DGM and Dr Garimella Bhaskar Rao, DGM JNIBF, Prof B Karunakar Director Prof P Pinakapani and Prof KVS Krishnamohan and others were present.

JNIBF was established by IDBI Bank in the year 1991 as an apex training institute and offers training in all areas of retail, corporate banking, finance, soft skills and others. It trained more than one lakh banking professionals, both from India and abroad.
