Participants engaged in the ritual of mixing an array of dried fruits, nuts, aromatic spices, and juices, creating a rich blend that will be allowed to marinate over the coming weeks. This process ensures that the cakes produced are both moist and bursting with flavor, embodying the festive spirit.
“This event not only celebrates the culinary arts but also fosters camaraderie among students from diverse fields,” said Ambika Philip, Deputy Director-Hospitality.
