Gitanjali Devshala: Students Council invested with roles
The ceremony was flagged off with an inspiring speech given by Founder Principal and Director of Gitanjali Group of Schools Gita Karan.
Gitanjali Devshala celebrated Investiture Ceremony and Sports Day virtually on January 8. Students took part in various events held as part of the celebrations with great fervor and manifested their athletic skills. Newly elected Student Council was formally bestowed with the responsibility of leading their school from the front with their commitment, confidence and competence.
The ceremony was flagged off with an inspiring speech given by Founder Principal and Director of Gitanjali Group of Schools Gita Karan. The Managing Director, Jai Karan administered the oath. Principal and Associate Director Madhvi Chandra congratulated the newly appointed school council members and encouraged them to be committed and translate the vision of the school into reality.
At the virtual school sports day students took part in various activities ranging from skipping, pushups, aerobics, balancing the book race, dribbling.Chief Guest Panjala Chandra Devraj, an International Volleyball player, emphasised the importance of sports in a students’ life.
