Gitanjali School: A colourful canvas of fun activities

Pattern writing was taught through games like toy car racing on slates and the use of children’s favourite toys, Barbie and Spiderman.

There was never a dull moment for the preprimary children at Gitanjali School, Begumpet after the new session of online classes began in March. On the first day of school, the children introduced themselves with the bursting of balloons.

Holi was celebrated by applying colour on the feet of elders and seeking their blessings. Easter cupcakes and beautifully designed Easter eggs created a buzz of excitement.

The Telugu New Year was welcomed by children dressed in ethnic outfits. They savoured the taste of mangoes, enthusiastically participated in mango carving and preparing the Ugadi Pachadi. A Biscuit Pizza Party marked the end of school before the summer break.
