Global Gitopadesh Summit to be held on December 6 at Kanha Shanti Vanam
The third Global Gitopadesh Summit will be held on December 6 at Kanha Shanti Vanam near Hyderabad to mark Gita Jayanti. The event features Sloka recitations, talks, cultural programmes and marks the end of a global Sloka competition with 5,000 participants.

Hyderabad: Global Gitopadesh Summit, which is in its third edition, will be held on December 6, commemorating the auspicious day of Gita Jayanti at Kanha Shanti Vanam – the headquarters of Heartfulness in the outskirts of Hyderabad.
The annual event, which attracts participants from various corners of the country across different age groups, is aimed at imparting the timeless wisdom of Bhagavad Gita and fostering inner peace, resilience and ethical living, a press release said.
The Gitopadesh Summit will witness participation in Sloka Recitation, Storytelling, Poster-making activities for children and will have insightful talks by eminent speakers, panel discussions and a cultural extravaganza. Participants will have access to free stay at Kanha Shanti Vanam.
The event also marks the culmination of the Global Sloka Competition that saw participation of more than 5000 children across the globe and close to 150 schools.
