Hyderabad: The Commissionerate of Collegiate Education (CCE) has instructed all government and private aided degree colleges in the State to take online classes for students till further orders.
In a circular issued on Tuesday, the CCE directed principals to ensure that all faculty members take online classes so as to implement the academic instructions as per the academic calendar issued by the respective affiliating universities.
All principals of the government and private aided degree colleges in the State are directed to take all necessary steps for compliance of the instructions, it said.
In view of the surge in Covid-19 cases, the State government had extended holidays for all educational institutions except for medical colleges up to January 30. Earlier, the government had declared holidays from January 8 to 16.
