Hyderabad: Governor Tamilisai Soundararajan extended Eid-Ul-Fitr greetings to the Muslim community and appealed to them to celebrate the festival safely following Covid protocols.
In a statement here on Thursday, the Governor said the festival of Ramzan signifies the spirit of charity, brotherhood, compassion, love, and peace. “I wish this holy occasion of Ramzan ushers in good health, prosperity, and peace in the lives of people all over the world,” she said. The noble ideals of self-discipline, generosity, compassion, and universal brotherhood associated with this festival are very essential to combat the pandemic, she said.
