Govt. official, car driver died in accident in Mulugu
A government official and her car driver died after a speeding truck collided with their car at Kondparthi crossroads in Mulugu district on Saturday. Police registered a case and launched an investigation into the road accident
Mulugu: A government official and her car driver died in a road accident at Kondparthi crossroads in the district on Saturday.
The incident occurred when the special grade secretary of Kesamudram Agricultural Market in Mahabubabad district, Kalakota Surekha (46), was going towards Tadwai in a car. A speeding truck collided with the car on the national highway between Pasra and Tadwai.
As a result, Surekha, along with her car driver Chinta Vijay Babu (48) from Kothagudem, died on the spot. The local police registered a case and launched an investigation into the incident.
