Govt teacher suspended for sexually assaulting girl in Nirmal
Bhukya Subhash, a secondary grade teacher at the Mandal Parishad Secondary School in Ankena, was suspended after a case was recently registered against him in Nirmal town. He has also been directed not to leave the district headquarters without prior permission.
Nirmal: The District Education Officer (DEO) has on Thursday suspended a government teacher, who was booked on charges of f sexually assaulting a girl,in Ankena village.
The secondary grade teacher Bhukya Subhash working in the Mandal Parishad Secondary School in Ankena was suspended following the case registered against him in Nirmal town recently. Subhash was ordered not to leave the district headquarters without permission.
A case was already registered against Subhash under Prevention of Child Sexual Offences Act (POCSO). 2012. He was apprehended and sent to a judicial remand a few days back.
