The former Indian cricket captain’s new look made a buzz on the internet. While many of his fans were surprised by the twist in his style, some might feel threatened for a possible competition.
On a funny note, actor Gulshan Grover, who is known for impeccable style of villainy, took to Twitter to request Dhoni to not take any ‘don roles’ if offered. He also mentioned how actors like Suniel Shetty, Sanjay Dutt and Jackie Shroff have already turned out to be tough competitors and Dhoni must not add to it.
“Mahi brother @msdhoni Superb look!Plz don’t accept any Don Roles, that will be mere dhande par laat Already 3 of my dearest Brothers @duttsanjay @SunielVShetty @bindasbhidu are doing this to get me out of business . Aalim @AalimHakim Badman is coming for you .. @HanspalShano,” Grover posted on Twitter.
As the actor posted his request to the cricketer, fans stood up to support Gulshan and remind him that he is irreplaceable in the industry.
“Sir, Aapki baraabari koi nahi kr sakta! Jo Aapke roles the woh Amar he,” a Twitter user commented.
“Respected @GulshanGroverGG sir, nobody can take your place. There could be many dons in different eras, but there is one and only one BADMAN,” another tweeted.
Meanwhile, on the work front Gulshan was last seen in Sanjay Gupta’s ‘Mumbai Saga’. With John Abraham and Emraan Hashmi in lead roles, the movie also featured Suniel Shetty, Kajal Aggarwal, Mahesh Manjrekar and others in key roles.
