Gunpoint robbery in Jagtial: Four flee with seven tolas of gold

They gagged Easwaraiah with clothes, stole the gold ornaments and fled the spot.

Jagtial: Burglars stole gold ornaments weighing seven tolas by holding a house-owner at gunpoint in Birpur mandal headquarters early on Saturday morning.

According to the victim Easwaraiah, four persons barged into his house around 5 am and thrashed him before threatening him with guns. They then gagged him with clothes, stole the gold ornaments and fled the spot.
