Hyderabad: A man, who was working as a gymnastics coach, committed suicide in his house at Ratna Nagar in Nallakunta area on Sunday night. Police said he had lost his job due to the pandemic and was depressed over not being able to find another job. According to the Kachiguda police, Manikanta (25), who earlier worked as a gymnastics coach in a training centre in the city, lost his job a few months ago and was trying for a new job. Even after repeated attempts, Manikanta failed to secure a job, and he is suspected to have slipped into depression. Police said he was found hanging from the ceiling in his room. The police booked a case and are investigating. The body was shifted to the Osmania General Hospital morgue for autopsy.
