Habitual burglar held in Hyderabad, 32 tolas of gold ornaments recovered
Hyderabad police arrested a habitual burglar, Jaganatham Prabhu, who was involved in multiple property offences across Hyderabad, Cyberabad, and Rachakonda. He was caught by the Task Force with 32 tolas of stolen gold recovered. Prabhu had resumed thefts post-jail.
Hyderabad: A burglar who was involved in several property offenses was arrested by the Hyderabad police on Thursday. The police recovered 32 tolas of gold ornaments from him.
Jaganatham Prabhu (33), a resident of Upparpally, used to break into the houses in the night and decamped with property. “Prabhu is a habitual offender and involved in several property offences in Hyderabad, Cyberabad and Rachakonda. In April, he was arrested in a case and sent to jail, after coming out of jail he again started committing burglaries,” said the police.
On a tip off, the Commissioner’s Task Force (south west), caught him.
