Hanamkonda: West MLA Dasyam Vinay Bhaskar has stressed on the need for more awareness among students as well as public on the advancements in the fields of science and technology.
Speaking after inaugurating the Atal Tinkering Lab set up at a cost of Rs 12 lakhs under the Atal Innovation Mission sponsored by the Central government at Srinivas Gurukul School here on Monday marking National Science Day, the Chief Whip said: “Students wishing to reach higher level in their careers must use this lab to enhance their subject and skills. Vinay Bhaskar has also visited the science exhibition on the premises of the school.
Local corporator Ravula Komala Kishan said the launch of the science lab in the school on the occasion of the birthday of Dr CV Raman was appreciable, and urged the students to emulate Dr Raman and come up with solutions to problems in society. Corporator Vemula Srinivas, School Director Chidurala Indira Srinivas, staff members and others were present.
