"AICC should take a decision on the new TPCC president only after eliciting opinion from an observer,” Rao said
Hyderabad: Expressing anguish over the state of affairs in Telangana Congress, former MP V Hanumantha Rao said hasty decisions in appointing a new TPCC president will have adverse impact on the party’s prospects.
“AICC should take a decision on the new TPCC president only after eliciting opinion from an observer,” Rao said, addressing media persons here on Monday.
“When differences cropped up over Karnataka president issue, Madhusudhan Mistry was sent as observer. Is the decision taken by AICC incharge for Telangana Manickam Tagore final?” Rao questioned, alleging that TPCC president Uttam Kumar Reddy and CLP leader Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka were responsible for the current state of affairs in the State Congress unit.
