Harish asks TTD chairman to speed up Venkateshwara Swamy Temple in Siddipet

Urging Naidu to accept the proposal during the upcoming TTD board meeting, Harish also invited the TTD chairman to visit Siddipet to lay the foundation for the temple's construction.

Siddipet: Former Minister T Harish Rao requested Tirupati Tirumala Devasthanams (TTD) chairman BR Naidu to speed up work on the proposed Sri Venkateshwara Swamy temple in Siddipet.

During a visit to Tirumala, Harish Rao met Naidu and presented a representation in this regard. In the representation, Rao said the TTD had earlier agreed to build a replica of Tirumala temple near Komaticheruvu in Siddipet. An expert engineering team and TTD’s Sthapathi had visited Siddipet in July 2023 to finalise the land for the construction of the temple. The previous government had also allotted 5 acres and 10 guntas of land for TTD. The design of the temple were also prepared by the TTD engineers team, he said.
