Siddipet: Etihaad Foundation in Siddipet has now served free meals to poor patients and their attendants at the government hospital in Siddipet for 1,000 days.

As the service completed 1,000 days, former Minister T Harish Rao visited the hospital on Sunday and served meals to attendants of patients on the premises of the hospital. Speaking on the occasion, Rao hailed Athik Ahmed, the founder of the foundation, for his service.

The Siddipet MLA said Athik Ahmed’s family had stopped celebrating birthdays and started spending the same amount on feeding poor people at the hospital. He said that feeding the poor would give utmost satisfaction more than anything else. Rao hoped that God would give him strength to continue the service for his lifetime.
