Sangareddy: Former Minister T Harish Rao on Sunday said Congress leader T Jagga Reddy was never accessible for the common man, while anyone could walk in to the residence of Sangareddy MLA and BRS district president Chintha Prabhakar.
Addressing a municipal election campaign meeting in Sadasivapet municipality, Harish Rao asked voters how many of them knew the residence of Jagga Reddy. He said even the common man could not get any help from the Congress leader. Stating that the Congress had lost the faith of the people within two years, the former minister alleged that Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy was sending cash bags to lure voters. However, he expressed confidence that the voters of Sadasivapet would not fall prey to such tactics.

He said it was time to support BRS candidates in the municipal elections, asserting that the BRS would return to power in the State soon. Elaborating on the development works taken up during the BRS rule, Harish Rao said Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy, who also holds the Municipal Administration portfolio, had failed even to keep the streets clean.
Detailing the development works undertaken in Sadasivapet, he said drinking water problems were addressed by providing water supply to the town with an outlay of Rs. 37 crore. He added that the hospital was upgraded, a new bus station and a mini tank bund were constructed, besides taking up a host of other development works.
MLA Chintha Prabhakar and others were present.
