Hyderabad: Order of Merit leader Harjai Milkha Singh will start as the favourite when the IGU Andhra Pradesh Junior Boys Golf Championship gets underway at the East Point Golf Club in Visakhapatnam on Tuesday.
Having played on the course during the amateur event last week, the 16-year-old will have an edge over his rivals. Competition for Harjai, who finished tied seventh last Friday, is likely to come from Zorawar Singh Toor, Ishnidh Virdi, Siddhant Nathan and Jaibir Singh Kang, among others.
Prince Bainsla, who won the season opener, is also in the fray in the third event of the season.
