Hyderabad: HCLTech, a technology company, plans to offer its TechBee Early Career Programme to high school graduates in Hyderabad and give them the opportunity to build careers in the technology industry.
TechBee is an initiative designed for high school graduates. It offers a unique ‘earn while you learn’ model that blends hands-on technology training with access to higher education. It equips students with industry-relevant skills and enables them to pursue academic advancement, laying the foundation for global careers in technology.
The programme is set to introduce specialised tracks in Generative AI and Cybersecurity, developed in collaboration with premier educational institutions. These initiatives are designed to expand access to high-quality technology careers across India, a press release said.
