HDFC opens new office in Suryapet

Hyderabad: HDFC strengthened its presence in Telangana by opening a new office in Suryapet. This is HDFC’s 19th office in Telangana.
Speaking on the occasion, Renu Sud Karnad, MD, HDFC Ltd said, “Suryapet known as the ‘Gateway of Telangana’ is one of the fastest growing cities in Telangana and an important market for us. Suryapet has several small to medium scale industries and with improving infrastructure facilities, real estate market will witness a strong growth in coming years.”

HDFC during year ended March 31, 2021, 33 per cent of home loans approved in volume terms and 16 per cent in value terms have been to customers from the Economically Weaker Section (EWS) and Low Income Groups (LIG). HDFC retained its position of having the largest number of beneficiaries under CLSS, with cumulative disbursements to nearly 2.3 lakh customers under the scheme.
