Hyderabad: As the world is slowly opening up, all nations are welcoming travelers who have been vaccinated. With this, the Indian government also decided to make international travel easier for those who have received both the doses of vaccine.
Government-run portal Arogya Setu app, on its official Twitter handle tweeted that it will now allow users to link their passports to their vaccination certificates on cowin.gov.in, making traveling abroad easier.
“Now, you can update your passport number in your vaccination certificate,” the official handle of the Aarogya Setu app tweeted.
Here’s how to add your passport number to your vaccine certificate:
- Go to CoWin — cowin.gov.in
- Click on the “Raise an Issue” option
- In the drop down that appears, click on the “Add Passport Details” option
- Enter your passport number and submit the details
