HGA hosts inauguration of SU TPGL 2025
The Hyderabad Golf Association inaugurated SU TPGL 2025, the fifth edition of the Telangana Premier Golf League, featuring 16 teams and 192 players. Officials praised its role in promoting structured, inclusive golf and strengthening community ties across Hyderabad's golfing scene
Hyderabad: The Hyderabad Golf Association (HGA) hosted the grand Inauguration of SU TPGL 2025 – Telangana Premier Golf League, powered by Sreenidhi University. The fifth edition of TPGL brings together 16 teams and 192 golfers, representing the best of Hyderabad’s golfing talent, camaraderie, and community spirit.
The league Commissioner Sanjay Kamtam said that the SU TPGL 2025 would stand for structured, transparent, and inclusive golf. ” It’s about bringing together players, sponsors, and fans to celebrate the spirit of HGA — friendship, gratitude, and fair play,” he said.
He thanked all team owners, sponsors, and the HGA Management Committee for their continued support in making TPGL one of India’s most respectedlub leagues.
President of HGA BVK Raju said that “TPGL embodies the vibrancy of golf in Hyderabad. It plays a crucial ro le in popularising the game and continues to bring the golfing community together through competitive yet enjoyable golf.”
HGA Captain & TPGL Chairman Jessi Birgi expressed his gratitude to all the players, sponsors, and organizing team for their contribution to the success of SU TPGL 2025.
