Hyderabad: With his Hindi debut movie “Pushpa”, a mass entertainer & action thriller, Allu Arjun has risen to prominence receiving audience acclaim and admiration. The stylish star, as he is fondly called, has also tasted huge success with the movie’s box office fortunes rapidly rising in the North, including all the Hindi-speaking regions. The film is now racing ahead each day, borrowing its own catchphrase ‘Main Jhukkega Nahi’, even as it enters its third week.
After breaking the record for advance ticket sales, the Hindi film’s total collection stands at Rs 56.69 crore in the 16 days of its run in the North. It has set its sights on its next target of Rs 75 crore and surpass it quickly. Even on weekdays, collection didn’t fall below Rs 2 crore. It is equally sensational that its highest single day gross collection was Rs 6 crore on the New Year Day (January 1, 2022). As “Jersey” was not released on December 31, 2021 and postponed, and “RRR” not releasing on January 7, it is again more advantage for Hindi “Pushpa” as the movie gains more number of screens.

Content is King
The massy “Pushpa” on account of its very good content, outstanding performances by all actors, excellent screenplay, wonderful cinematography, fantastic dubbing, resulted in winning many people’s hearts. It is also more about the magic big screen experience brings to such movies. Despite no big promotions in Mumbai and absolutely none in Delhi, only 70% occupancy in many places in the North due to restrictions implemented after surge in Covid infections, it is totally stunning to see the crazy welcome given by the audience to Allu Arjun’s Hindi debut pan-India movie, making it a big success. All shortfalls have been effectively countered with content.
Shreyas Talpade’s voice perfectly matches Allu Arjun’s extraordinary performance
Bollywood & Marathi actor Shreyas Talpade, who has given his voice for Allu Arjun’s character in the Hindi dubbed film, has eclipsed its popularity by matching the icon star’s spectacular performance, ultimately playing a pivotal role in the success of the movie among the Hindi-speaking people. The intensity shown by Shreyas Talpade with his voice is clearly evident, perfectly in line with the core plot.

Many expressed their love for the Hindi version as a great voiceover matters a lot for Hindi audience. While Allu Arjun nailed it with action, it is Shreyas Talpade who has impressed everyone by enhancing the Telugu star’s hard-hitting performance.
And, it is no stopping “Pushpa: The Rise” now for at least some more time. As the next pan-India star arrives with his high-octane performance, it is upon himself and director Sukumar now to make it even more grand with the second installment – “Pushpa: The Rule”.
