Hyderabad: Gujarat CA’s Manan Hingrajia showcased his remarkable batting skills, scoring an unbeaten 174 runs (24×4, 2×6) against Hyderabad CA on the opening day of the Elite-B clash in the Ranji Trophy at the Gymkhana ground on Friday.

Urvil Patel provided valuable support, scoring 60 from 94 balls, including 5 boundaries and 2 sixes.
Hyderabad’s bowlers had their moments, with Chama Milind taking 3 wickets for 51 runs, while Saranu Nishanth and Tanay Thyagarajan picked up 2 wickets each. Milind struck early, dismissing Rishi Patel for a duck and later claiming two more key wickets. Gujarat skipper Chintan Gaja and Arzan Nagwaswalla couldn’t make a significant impact with the bat, both falling cheaply to Milind and Thyagarajan, respectively.
