HMA, Rishi UBR Women’s College launch PRAGNYA management research centre

The Hyderabad Management Association and Rishi UBR Women’s College have launched the PRAGNYA Management Research Centre to promote research, publications, and industry-academia collaboration. An MoU was signed to support the centre’s long-term growth and strengthen research capabilities among students and faculty.

Hyderabad: Hyderabad Management Association (HMA), in collaboration with the Research Cell of Rishi UBR Women’s College, inaugurated HMA–RISHI Management Research Centre ‘PRAGNYA’, a dedicated platform to promote research among management students, faculty, entrepreneurs, and industry stakeholders.

The PRAGNYA Management Research Centre, to be headed by Prof R Chandra Shekar, will focus on building a strong research culture, encouraging scholarly publications, strengthening industry–academia collaboration, and enhancing research competencies among students and faculty.


On the occasion, a MoU assuring institutional support for the Centre’s growth and long-term initiatives was signed between HMA and Rishi Group of Institutions.

Dr Raghuram Bommaraju, Associate Professor, ISB; Prof V Shekhar and Prof S Jeelani; HMA president, Alwala Devender Reddy; vice-president, Sharath Chandra Maroju; secretary, G Vasudevan; Rajasekhar Kandepu; and others were present.
