HMWSSB holds safety awareness programme on sewerage operations

Hyderabad: A safety awareness programme on sewerage operations was held on Saturday by Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board (HMWSSB) officials of SR Nagar division.
The staffers were briefed about safety measures that need to be taken while performing operation and maintenance works. They were also briefed about usage of equipment and precautionary measures that need to be taken while cleaning manholes.
HMWSSB in a press release said that workers were also briefed about the first aid in case of an injury.
