Hyderabad: HomeLane, an on-time home interiors company, is scaling up its retail presence in Telangana with its fourth experience store in Hyderabad. Given the increased demand for end-to-end home interiors in urban markets of the State, the company has recorded a four-fold increase in business across Telangana in the last two years.
With the new expansion plan for Telangana in motion, the company expects to create 600 new jobs in the State over the next two years. HomeLane has served over 2,500 customers since its inception with three experience centres in Hyderabad’s Banjara Hills, Gachibowli and Kondapur. Its fourth experience centre Dilsukhnagar aims to meet the demand in the eastern part of the city.
Dilsukhnagar is one of the largest residential and commercial hubs in Hyderabad, which has a fast-growing population of new homeowners. HomeLane wants to tap into this potential market with a revenue target of Rs 200 crores from Telangana markets by FY23. It is investing nearly Rs 4 crore to ramp up its retail presence in Telangana by FY 23.
Hyderabad contributes as a leading market within the southern stronghold for HomeLane and as part of its growth plans, the company wants to set up new retail operations in Kukatpally and Kompally over the next two years. These operations are expected to create more than 600 new job opportunities in design, sales, and customer service.
Srikanth Iyer, co-founder & CEO of HomeLane said, “Telangana has shown promising growth potential for HomeLane as the local demand for branded home interior solutions has been increasing over the last few quarters. The rise in IT population in urban markets like Hyderabad has shot up the demand for smart, modular and quick home interior solutions.”
