Hyderabad: A human trafficking racket which was being operated from a house in Malkajgiri was busted by the local police and one organiser was arrested. One woman was rescued.
According to the police, the flesh trade was being clandestinely organised from a rented premise by bringing in women from Mumbai, West Bengal and other places after promising them jobs. However, here, they were forced into flesh trade instead.
“They have contacts with human traffickers in other cities and fixed deals over phone and made online payments,” police said, adding the arrested person was being produced before court while the woman was sent to a rescue home.
