Karimnagar: Huzurabad municipal commissioner, Sammaiah courted controversy after celebrating his marriage anniversary in his chamber during the office timing. As his marriage anniversary was scheduled on Thursday, he celebrated the event along with other office staff by cutting cake in his chamber.

It became controversial as the commissioner celebrated the marriage anniversary during the office timings by setting aside public issues. A complainant was forced to wait for about 30 minutes to one hour to meet the commissioner. The video of the commissioner celebrating the event by cutting cake went viral.
