Karimnagar: BJP leader Eatala Rajender on Monday claimed that the Huzurabad Assembly by-poll would go the same way as Dubbak Assembly by-election.
Speaking after launching his padayatra at Bathinivanipalli of Kamalapur mandal, he said though a conspiracy was hatched for his defeat in the 2018 Assembly elections, the locals had supported him. “I hope the people will support me in these polls too,” he said. The BJP leader will cover 127 villages in 23 days during his 270 km padayatra.
Alleging that the government was creating hurdles in his attempts to meet the people of the constituency during his padayatra, Rajender also alleged that a conspiracy had been hatched to eliminate him.
