Hyderabad: The Commissioner’s Task Force (North) raided a house at Begumpet and caught 11 persons on charges of gambling. Police seized Rs 69,380 and 10 mobile phones from them.

Acting on a tip off, the team had raided the house at Mayuri Marg and found Kota Rathaiah (49) and Atun Guptha (56) organising gambling in the flat. They were collecting a commission from participants for allowing them to play the Three Cards game, the task force DCP said.

All the arrested were handed over to the Begumpet police for further action.
