Hyderabad: 14-year-old girl remains untraced weeks after disappearance
A 14-year-old girl from Falaknuma, Hyderabad, has remained missing for more than 20 days after disappearing from her home on May 31. Her family has shared possible leads with police and appealed to senior officials to form a special team.

Hyderabad: A 14-year-old girl went missing from her residence at Falaknuma over 20 days ago and still remains untraced.
The girl, Shifa Khan, a resident of Teegalkunta under Falaknuma police station area, went to sleep in the house on May 31. The next morning, when her mother Heena Begum woke up, she found the girl missing. The family then approached the police and informed them about it.
“After I approached the police and made a complaint, they registered a case of kidnapping and started an investigation. We handed over some clues that include Instagram account details and a couple of phone numbers belonging to the suspects. So far, my daughter remains untraced,” Heena Begum told ‘Telangana Today’.
The family requested the police higher-ups to look into the issue and form a special team to trace the girl.
