Hyderabad: Highlighting the far-reaching impact of human actions on the environment, a 15 year-old filmmaker Spoorthi Thea Vedula has come up with a short film “Tomorrow Will NOT Take Care of Itself”. The shortfilm was unveiled by union Minister, G.Kishan Reddy at an event marking Swachh Bharat Diwas.

Spoorthi, a passionate environmental advocate and student at Chirec International School, has taken it upon herself to raise awareness about the urgent need for environmental conservation through the lens of her camera.

At the tender age of five, when she moved to India, the young Spoorthi Thea Vedula found herself inspired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s initiative, the Swachh Bharat Mission.

Through her film, Spoorthi aims to convey a message that every small action we take leaves a lasting impact on the environment. When these actions harm nature, the ripple effect inevitably circles back to affect us, our families, and our communities. By confronting people with the real, personal consequences of environmental neglect, the film strikes a deeper emotional chord.
