Hyderabad: 18-year-old dies after fall from apartment terrace in Bachupally

An 18-year-old student, Vishanth, died after allegedly falling from a five-storey building in Pragathi Nagar, Bachupally. Police have registered a case and are investigating all possible angles.

Hyderabad: A teenager died allegedly after accidentally falling from a multi-storied building at Pragathi Nagar in Bachupally on Friday morning.

As per available information, Vishanth (18), an intermediate student, fell from the terrace on the fifth floor of Icon Prime Rose Apartments.

He fell to the ground and suffered multiple grievous injuries to his head and other parts of the body.

The security guard, who noticed him, alerted other residents in the apartment complex, and Vishanth was immediately shifted to a nearby private hospital, where he succumbed to injuries later under treatment.

Based on a complaint from Vishanth’s father, the Bachupally police have registered a case and are investigating.

Police officials said all possible angles are being investigated in the case.
