Hyderabad: 19 year-old-woman dies by suicide following dispute with partner

A 19-year-old woman from Nagole died by suicide after allegedly jumping from a terrace following an argument with her acquaintance. She was rushed to hospital but succumbed to her injuries during treatment. Police have registered a case and launched an investigation.

Hyderabad: A 19 year-old-woman died by suicide due to personal issues at Nagole.

According to the police, Aaishwarya (19), a resident of Nagole, worked with an event management company.


She met Anand at a function and since then they were in touch with each other. The family of Anand visited the house of Aaishwarya recently with the marriage proposal and spoke to her relatives.

Meanwhile, some issues cropped between Aaishwarya and Anand as the latter suspected she was speaking over phone with someone .

On January 5, both of them had an argument and the woman in a fit of rage climbed onto the water tank on the terrace of the building and jumped.

She was rushed to hospital where she passed away during treatment on Wednesday. On a complaint the police registered a case and started investigation.
