Hyderabad: 25-year-old woman ends life at Jeedimetla
The woman went to the terrace of the building and reportedly jumped from there. She died on the spot due to head injuries
Hyderabad: A 25-year-old woman died by suicide at Jeedimetla on Saturday night.
According to the police, Laxmi alias Pooja stayed at an apartment building at Subashnagar in Jeedimetla along with her husband Hari Krishna and her brother. The couple is native to Srikakulam district in Andhra Pradesh.
On Saturday night, the woman went to the terrace of the building and reportedly jumped from there. She died on the spot due to head injuries, said the police.
On information, the Jeedimetla police reached the spot and shifted the body for postmortem examination to Gandhi Hospital. A case is registered and the reasons that prompted the woman to end her life are being ascertained by the police.
