Hyderabad: 2,600 Kg adulterated paneer seized in Secunderabad raids
Hyderabad Task Force and local police seized 2,600 kg of adulterated paneer during raids in Secunderabad. Two illegal manufacturing units were busted, and chemicals confiscated. The absconding owners allegedly supplied fake paneer to vendors and food outlets.

Hyderabad: The Task Force (Khairatabad) team, along with the local police, raided two adulterated dairy products manufacturing units and seized nearly 2,600 kgs of adulterated paneer and various chemicals at Mahankali Temple area in Secunderabad on Wednesday.
As per available information, the Task Force and Mahankali police raided seven shops, including Sri Balaji Dairy products and Vijay Milk shop, where they found adulterated paneer being manufactured.
The owners, who are currently absconding, had procured milk and other chemicals from known dealers and used them in preparation of the adulterated paneer. The paneer was further sold to local vendors and a few food joints in the older parts of the city.
The units were seized and efforts are on to nab the owners.
