Hyderabad: 32 jailed for drunk driving

Hyderabad: A local court awarded jail terms to 32 persons who were caught by the Cyberabad Traffic Police for drunk driving.

The Traffic Police had organised anti-drunk driving checks at various places in Cyberabad during which they caught around 130 persons for driving in an inebriated condition. All of them were produced before the court, which sentenced 32 to jail terms ranging from one day to six days.

The court also imposed a fine of Rs 5,000 each on the drivers.
