Hyderabad: The Chief Public Relations Officer (CPRO), Asian Institute of Gastroenterology (AIG) Hospitals, U Satyanarayana has received Chanakya National Award, established by Public Relations Council of India (PRCI), for his contributions in the field of public health communications. The award was presented by Goa Chief Minister, Pramod Sawant at function held recently, according to a press release.
Satyanarayana heads the entire operations of AIG, Somajiguda and has been the CPRO for AIG Hospitals since past two-decades. “The award was possible because of the constant support from our Chairman, Dr D Nageshwar Reddy. It’s an honour for me to communicate his vision of public health to the media over the years,” he said.
