Hyderabad: All-India ‘Gandhi Shilpa Bazaar’ opens at Shilparamam
The All-India handicrafts fair, Gandhi Shilpa Bazaar, was inaugurated at Shilparamam, Madhapur, on Monday. The event showcases artisans’ work from across India and will continue till November 25 under the Comprehensive Handicrafts Cluster Development Scheme

Hyderabad: All-India handicrafts fair, ‘Gandhi Shilpa Bazaar’ (GSB), showcasing handicrafts from artisans from various States, was inaugurated at Shilparamam, Madhapur.
The Gandhi Shilpa Bazaar, which will continue till November 25, is featuring handicraft works of artisans from Kashmir, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Delhi.
The special exhibition is being organised as part of the Comprehensive Handicrafts Cluster Development Scheme (CHCDS) approved by the Development Commissioner (Handicrafts), Ministry of Textiles, Government of India.
Shruti Patil, Additional Director, Press Information Bureau (PIB) and Central Bureau of Communication, Hyderabad, along with other dignitaries including K Madhukar Babu, Joint Director (MSME), Directorate of Industries, Govt. of Telangana, and G Kishan Rao, I.A.S (Retd), Special Officer of Shilparamam and others were present.
