Hyderabad and CFI reach final of Rajiv Gandhi T-20 cricket tournament
Hyderabad and Cricket Federation of India entered the final of the 19th All India Rajiv Gandhi Invitation T-20 cricket tournament. Hyderabad beat Telangana, while CFI defeated Karnataka in the semifinals, with standout performances from Sai Sharan Ravuri and Kshitij Singhania

Hyderabad: Hyderabad and Cricket Federation of India (CFI) entered the final of the 19th All India Rajiv Gandhi Invitation T-20 cricket tournament here on Friday.
In the first semifinal, Hyderabad scored 163 for seven in 12 overs with Sai Sharan Ravuri (72) being the top-scorer, while for Telangana, Adarsh Deshmukh picked four wickets.
In reply, Telangana was bowled out for 83 in 11.1 overs with Bharath Annamraj claiming four wickets.
In the second semifinal, CFI scored 162 for eight in 18 overs with Jaydev (34) being the lead scorer, while Sai picked three wickets.
In reply, Karnataka was restricted to 145 for nine in 18 overs with Kshitij Singhania (69) batting well, while Akshay Kumar and K Manvith Yadav picked two wickets apiece.
Mr V Hanumanth Rao, former MP and chairman of CFI which is organising the event, gave away the player of the match awards.
The scores:
Hyderabad 163/7 in 12 overs (Sai Sharan Ravuri 72, Aditya 26) bt Telangana 83 in 11.1 overs.
CFI 162/8 in 18 overs (Jaydev 34, Syed Ubaid 24) bt Karnataka 145/9 in 18 overs (Kshitij Singhania 69).
