Hyderabad: Hyderabad-based Aparna Constructions and Estates launched its 60th residential project – Aparna Zenon, a gated community located at Puppalaguda, Nanakramguda, Hyderabad, with an estimated Rs 2,550 crore to be infused into this project.

Situated in Puppalaguda, Nanakramguda, Aparna Zenon will be built on a vast 37 acres and comprises of 3,664 vaastu compliant apartments spread across 33 floors and 14 blocks. The project comprises of 1 BHK, 2 BHK and 3 BHK apartments ranging from 1,020 sq ft to 2,257 sq ft.

The gated community will also include a sports complex, a commercial block and an expansive club house facility of 86,423 sq ft, the largest till date from Aparna. The project will be tentatively ready by 2027.

SS Reddy, MD, Aparna Constructions and Estates, said, “In the coming year, with the new launches both in the residential and commercial segments, we are confident we will be able to scale our growth to 30 per cent. The new projects will be in the existing market, fortifying our foothold; the rest would be in the bustling locations like Kompally, Puppalaguda and Tellapur thereby expanding our presence. To assist this expansion vision, we are also looking to strengthen our workforce by hiring 1,500 people across locations.”

“In the past one year, we have observed an increased positive reception among consumers for residential properties. There has been an influx of new home buyers, and this has helped the real estate segment achieve its lost momentum. The sector is growing at a steady pace despite the challenges in the ecosystem,” he added.

The gated community boasts of a state-of-the-art clubhouse that has amenities like the preview theatre, temperature-controlled swimming pool, coffee shop, a senior citizen room, a variety of sports facilities for Badminton, Mini Futsal Field @ Terrace Level and much more. The community is also equipped with an extensive range of outdoor amenities.

The project will also have a centralised gas bank that will supply cooking gas to all individual apartments, fit with pre-paid gas meters. Additionally, solar power will also be provided to the common area grid for optimised power consumption.
